Our beginning

- The Lovelady Chronicles begins in Balad, Iraq, where Jay and I met in July 2004. Even in a time of war, we shared some of the sweetest memories of our lives together. We were married on October 28, 2005, and made our home in Brandon soon after. For the next 3 years, we enjoyed our time together with our 2 schnauzers, Elfie and Jack. I work full-time as an RN in the Cardiac ICU at UMC, and Jay works full-time for the Army National Guard. In September, 2008, we were elated to found out we were expecting our first child, and on April 27th,2009, William Carter joined our little family. He has been the joy of our lives, and we have loved every minute of parenthood. God has blessed our lives beyond the scope of our imaginations, and we look forward to seeing what He has for our future!
That's so sweet! Jackson just saw it and I guess noticed William was in a highchair and offered him some of his food!
ReplyDeleteI am SO jealous!!!!! That little guy is just having quite the growth spurt!! So proud of him! Can't wait to get together soon!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait until Jackson starts talking... well... maybe I can. I've had a hard week with him trying to crawl around, and sitting up, and trying to pull himself up on the side of his crib. I know these are all happy milestones, but he's growing way too fast!!!
